Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. ZAHIA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Shipping

We offer delivery within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees will be communicated to the customer by the delivery representative before the order is delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will gladly arrange the alteration or exchange and cover the delivery charges. However, if the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
